Looks like "Inside the house antennas" have enough "air space insulation"
to prevent corona and voltage arcs.
We probably could not insulate an outside antenna that well. 73 Bruce-K1FZ The antenna trickle charges the output capacitor (with microamperes of current) until the cap flashes over.
