AT&T's High Seas Radiotelephone station (WOM) transmitter site near Miami,
which also housed the transmitters and antennas for point to point
radiotelephone service, used rhombics pointed toward the islands in the
Caribbean for point to point communications. We shut down the last of the
transmitters in August, 1978.
