Consider placing any deposit with a questionable manufacturer in escrow with a neutral third-party (e.g., attorney) together with your sales contract. Any vendor who has neither the adequate cash-flow nor sufficient working-capital to make on-time deliveries should be scrutinized when considering any pre-payment. -Paul, W9AC -- FAQ on WWW: http://www.contesting.com/FAQ/towertalk Submissions: towertalk@contesting.com Administrative requests: towertalk-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-towertalk@contesting.com |
