A more expensive ($100) option, but perhaps more elegant and more easily
positioned:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=44899 (4
Ton Hydraulic Ram and Attachments).

My Tri-Ex LM-354HDSP takes a good bit before it begins to tilt on its own
(probably 10 degrees). I had been using a small bottle jack between the
raising fixture and the free leg (horizontally), but the ram is much better
in my application. My tower doesn't return to vertical by itself- it has to
be winched the entire way. (Possibly due to the mast length and antennas.)
