One of my towers matches that description. Purchased in the
early 70's, it's a RBX-50 made by E-Z Way Products Co of
Tampa, FL (may be out of business now). It has a ground
post with the "wings".
The ground post is set in fine sand that was washed in with water to
leave
no voids. BTW, when it comes time to remove the ground post,
it's "easy" to do. Just dig a hole next to the post, wash the sand
into the new hole and remove the wet sand with the usual pincher-type
post hole digger.
Now for the specs. Per the manual, it's rated at 28 sq ft @ 50mph
without guys. With guys, the rating is 40 sq ft @ 110 mph!!
There are other towers listed if you need specs for those.

Charlie, N0TT
