To top it off, there are some other VHF
operators/contests who I find personally annoying.
Should I be forced to QSO them? Sometimes I do, and
sometimes I don't but if I go roving, don't make a
rule that says that I have to QSO everyone I hear,
even if I don't particularity like them. Or what if
they are using poor operating practices? Or have a
poor quality signal? Should I reward them by giving
them a QSO from a rare grid square? The DXpedition
black list is one way to force people to reevaluate
the operating practices they use. We should bring it
back more often.
