I think what they are trying to say is 144.200 is only for casual slowtalking 
GridSquare Hunters and Rag Chewers...


Seriously: What about all the HF Nets that Field Day interrupts???  No special 
rules guard any frequencies there, unless there is a declared emergency.

On the other side of the coin try to find a place to call CQ for a state 
contest like Texas QSO Party on 75m after 9pm without getting cussed out...
