Hi Pete, I agree. Logbook of the World has become much easier to
configure and use, and I think that will help.
Something else that will help is many logging programs integrate easily
with LotW which makes the interface easier still. I use the DX Lab
Suite of programs for non-contest operating and logging. Just a couple
mouse clicks to upload new contacts and download confirmations.
Importing from contesting software like N1MM is also just a couple of
mouse clicks with DX Lab Suite.
Since the June contest I have received 50 MHz LotW QSLs from 2007, 2008,
2010 and 2012. I have 277 Grids worked on 6 with only 169 having LotW
confirmations, but I have seen the percentage of 6 meter contacts
confirmed via LotW increase steadily since the ARRL issued my LotW-only
VUCC 3 years ago.

I *have* managed to scrape together 100 credits in LOTW to get VUCC on
50 MHz but I have over 200 grids worked and I really want those endorsement
stickers. :-)
So, what to do?
