[WriteLog] fast re-start of WriteLog

And don't forget it does a poor job of remembering configuration, like font
setting, cluster tings, etc.
At least it does for me and I would like others to check that to see if I am
alone here?
Restart is hard and long, a simple start up is all that should be needed. I
hope work is done there rather than new function, make sure the current has
no defects first please.
If you do not have to reboot or restart it then it works pretty much
flawlessly!
