Hi,

These lights are obviously LED, several very bright point sources, three
rows of three point sources per light.  Looking up at them while off no
bulb visible, and the LEDs can be seen.  There were four different
types, all were obviously LED in some way.

Again, all were dead quiet in a quick scan of 80-10 meters.  

No scientific method used, just listened on 80 through 10, and hearing
nothing in AM mode directly below the lights.
