It is very possible each LED has its own power supply inside,
and one of them is faulty.

"Hey, I noticed when you switch those LEDs on, I get a bunch
of noise on the radio. I am worried one of your bulbs may bee
defective, and could pose a fire hazard. Mind if we take a look
at them to see if one of them is bad?"
