Recently I had to get rid of a yellow jacket nest. I waited till about 2AM and
sprayed it thoroughly with Raid. Bought a double can pack from Bi-Mart for a
good price. Comes out like spray foam and can shoot quite a distance. Actually
dissolved the nest while spraying it. Never saw one yellow jacket flying around
me but I was a good 10-15 feet away. The following day they were all gone (or
dead). Figure it would do the same for hornets although I would not want to try
up on a tower to find out.
