Ah, but this is the rub...  'contestors' don't make the rules for contests,
the sponsors do.  So if a sponsor wants and so2r class, they can make one.
if they don't want to for whatever reason, then they don't have to make one.
you can discuss it on here, call for votes, take surveys until you are blue
in the face, but if you don't convince the people making the rules it ain't
going to happen.  So if you really want a separate category, or even just an
asteric next to so2r users, pick your contest and start working on the
specific sponsor for that one.
