If you have a scout and want to run it mobile in a van or car with noise,
add a clear speech speaker and the noise will disappear.
You can add chokes and filters, but for mobile, eventually you will
be in a spot where the noise is just too high for good reception. The clear
speech is the tool for the job. I use my scout in my corolla and just
wouldnt be able to operate on 40/75 without it. de ben k8dit
