Ken,

I haven't looked recently, but from what I understand from George and another source, the Inrad roofing filter for the Plus is going to be selectable, using the N1 and/or the N2 button on the front panel. The filter is housed in the Inrad standard filter enclosure, and the last info I had was that it will physically be mounted on the 9MHz filter board, with three coax cables to be attached within the Plus. Think you will also need to supply +12vdc to it, but knowing George, the installation should be rather painless!

Where will this new Inrad roofing filter for the Omni VI go? In place of Y1 or in place of Y2? Changing Y2 will affect SSB TX, unless there is some kind of additional switching circuitry added. Or will it just plug in to an "optional filter" position?
