Actually the facts are these...
I did not have lightning damage... the TT cust serv suggested that as an answer
but it was
not the case. I merely asked for suggestions if the problem I had was typical
and thus they may
have a standard fix already in mind, or for other suggestions. The response
was a single
sentence of no help and no promise of further investigation. I did not expect
so little, but
would even have taken a "we can not afford to answer questions about this
product anymore"
if company and market forces had come to that. I do not expect magic.
But the answer was so simplistic and mis directed and BRIEF to be vy
disappointing. And, I was
working with a unit that had just returned from factory repair and had the same
problem.
Where I may live is not a factor when making a simple query by email ..to be
answered by cheap
email. BTW, I really like my ORION one. Thanks for the chance to set this
little record straight.
