Indeed there is.  But, on my Orion 2, even setting that to 100% results 
in still hearing a relay operate on every dot and dash.  The issue isn't 
with implementing a delay or hold in keying the rig or external 
amplifier, but rather with the relay noise.  The relay we're hearing 
does not appear to be related to keying the amplifier.
