It can, and does, take the mult away!  Here's how it works, according
to K1TTT on 23 October 2005 - with regard to stations in Zone 16
sending 17 in their exchange.

It's clear, therefore, that it doesn't matter what you log, because
your log will be scored based on what CQ thinks the zone should be,
not what you logged.  That's fair enough when all logs are treated
the same way - but it does raise a few questions. 

Perhaps W2UP had the right idea? - also on 23 October 2005
