We have seen this with a AP-1000 but not on a RG...
Can you connect to it via a wireless connection after you flash the RG??
If so you might check the ethernet Interface and see if it is enabled. It
should be by default.

I've done many reloads on RG-1100s and they always act correctly...except
this one. I complete the upload as normal but after the reboot, the RG
won't answer to the configev software anymore. I have the machine and ap on
the same subnet. It usually loads up as 198.17.74.254, but the lights are
on and nobody's home. I see traffic on the ETH port...but no answer. Once
in a while it will show up on a "scan" but never answers to a connect.
It works great as an RG in stock mode and passes traffic normally!
Has anyone ever seen this?
