Is that 24V to the POE or the power socket on the board?

I increased my power to the board to 24vdc and since then I have had no
problems.

I think you are right...
Recently we had only one KN105 working as Base during only 3 days... We
have
exactly the sames problems. So, I came back to install my old and dear
AP1000.
I thought that the problem was too much traffic and too much wireless
clients connected to it. We have 42 SC4700 and 3 bachauls on only one
interface on that KN105 or on the AP1000 that I always have. The total
traffic on it in peak hours is 2.4Mbps Downstream and 700kbps Upstream.
Karlnet told me that could be a power supply problem.
Now I am working in insolate client and backhauls, to aliviate the
charge of
this AP1000.
We are now in winter here...
Bye
Atentamente,
