My somewhat RF-hot environment has caused no problems for my O1. I opened it up
to do the Ver2 mod, but otherwise have had no problems. I think your experience
is on the high side.

Seems excessive - FWIW, 0 repairs 5 years on my O (no "rf-hot
environment" either though).
