Electrolytics are designed to operate continuously at their rated WV.

I would chose a 105ºC rating with low ESR to reduce internal heating,
add a real glitch R and step-start.

The least stressful (on both the builder and the capacitors) way to
mount electrolytics is with silicone rubber adhesive-sealant on a
flat ABS or polycarbonate insulating sheet.

Leave a few mm gap between caps for air circulation and insulation.
