I've just checked an invoice and see that shipping  two amplifier 
packages, each weighing 80lb, from the mid-West to UK cost $148 back 
in 1990. This was using Nippon Express.

A few years later Henry quoted me about $250 to ship a Henry 5K from 
California to Europe.

While these are not recent prices they may give some idea of what is 
possible. Another question would be.... 'Who do Alpha use to ship 
amplifiers to Europe?'
