Mike, you make a good argument, but for a different thread.

Your 600HP Ferrari speaks to the argument about high power and low power 
categories (and playing inside those categories).

Your analogy isn’t really about the price tag of the station.  It’s about the 
power of the station.  

If the Civic, Corolla, or Dart are limited to 100HP, and if the county limits 
power to 400HP, then an Italian showing up with 600HP should be DQ’d.
