Hi Reg,

Please also note that every time Karlnet ignores the
question (presumably because we might not like the
answer) most people (I suspect) assume the worst. Is
there going to be an upgrade to fix the issue with
existing KN50s and if so when? This has always been a
major concern of mine as I am in New Zealand, I was
always assured that there would be upgrades if an
issue like this occurred - it is hardly practical or
cost effective to return them to the US for 'factory'
upgrades.

Please, please Reg can you tell us what is going on?
