With the Sun temporarily virtually spotless again we will see daily solar flux 
values fall below 90. The end result will be lower MUF's and little in the way 
of F2 layer propagation on 10 & 12 meters. However I see openings virtually 
every day on 10 & 12 meters via sporadic E (Es).

COMMENT: The Space Weather is currently very quiet with Kp<=3 and no
significant flaring activity. The only peak exceeding the B2 GOES X-ray level in
the last two days was a C1 flare from the newly emerging active region near the
East limb. More C-class flaring from this active region is possible.
