What I don't care for is that they ban incandescents specifically.
IMHO, they should have set a minimum threshold for lumens/watt
regardless of design.
Nonetheless, those old heat sources that leaked a little light will be
gone by 2014 (exceptions excluded, of course). I suspect that in 5
years, CFLs will be starting to be replaced by LEDs, so my electrical
bill will go down further.
