If the system is noisy, contact W1EMI at ARRL HQ.  He can contact TJ Simpson at Solar Edge and get a retrofit kit scheduled.  In my case, it took a couple of months to get it fixed.

I just spoke to the installer had a few questions specifically are all of
the DC cables straight or are they twisting them and also are they using
any RF chokes? His response was that we don’t twist the cables and we don’t
install any chokes. I did verify that they are using solar edge inverters?

I’m wondering if anyone has any contacts for solar edge that I might be
able to contact today and explain the situation.. he did agree that he
would ring my doorbell when they turn the system on later this afternoon so
we can check.

Morning,

Good luck in this, documentation is your friend here...

If possible use the SDR, not just a screen capture of a small chunk of
spectrum. You will need to prove the RFI is causing you issues, to get
the FCC involved, not just that RFI is being generated. The RFI MUST
cause issues to get action from the FCC.

I provided 10 MHz wide scans to the ARRL labs, (I work with them on any
RFI issues I have), and they sent a note to a pot grower, and his
landlord, and the issue ended... Wide-band scans are very useful for
this sort of thing... Look in the Handbook, there is a large section on
RFI now...

Please do keep me in the loop, as anything I learn, I can pass on to
others...

     Bob,

Take readings on every band, today of your RFI, before the system is
     installed. See:

     https://www.nk7z.net/sdr-rfi-survey-p1/
     <https://www.nk7z.net/sdr-rfi-survey-p1/>

You will find the pre-install readings very useful, (if the system
starts generating RFI), in mitigating RFI issues later.

Document all discussions you have with both, the neighbor, and the
installer. Also, you might remind the neighbor that the owner of the
system is responsible, not the maker of the system.

Do all of this in a non confrontational way of course, but get it in
     the
neighbors head that you will not put up with RFI. Also, make sure
that
the neighbor knows the contact point for any mitigation will be the
     them
first. Then note all of that in your RFI mitigation log...

I have a neighbor, (we get along), who commented about getting an
Electric car. I also commented to them that chargers can generate
copious amounts of RFI, and they should speak to the maker about this
before they install one that generates RFI. That way we can both
avoid
mitigation issues. I also put that communications note in my running
RFI log. We still get along, and they now understand that RFI is a
     issue...
