They're still being bloody pigs to expect an exclusive 1 KHz wide guard
band in the middle of the RTTY segment of the band.  If they don't want
interference from RTTY move the stupid beacons down to 14.050 or 14.000.
If they go to 14.000 all they need to worry about is the big MM ops.
100 Hz each way is more than enough protection for the beacons ... and
gives a more realistic picture or actual propagation when the band is
busy any way.

How about if you're trying to copy the beacons on a weekend and can't
hear the CW signals due to interference, get a life and *make QSOs*
instead of listening to beacons?
