A more effective approach will be to send your card via the bureau or
direct with *no green stamps* and a note that says you only support
DXpeditions that provide reasonable opportunity for NA/SA stations
*on RTTY*. If NA/SA stations sent them green paper instead of "green
stamps" maybe sponsors would start to get the message.

I would also send letters to each of their corporate and foundation
sponsors expressing dissatisfaction and urging that they demand more
"fairness" in return for their support - or you will stop supporting
them.
