I understand but trying to legislate how DX-Peditions must run is not 
right.  If I spend the bucks to go to a rare place then I call the 
shots.  If NCDXA gave these guys a bunch of cash then the next time they 
ask, they can say no.

I guess we are to the point of being spoon fed DX now too.  It used to 
be that most major DX-Peditions never worked RTTY.

DXing is about the chase and the great feeling you get when you finally 
get them in the log.  Isn't it?
