It will be helpful if those who have specific references to discussions
and filings concerning these matters post them here for others to use
in bolstering and documenting any claims they make in rely comments.

Fortunately, ARRL have provided a treasure trove of historical data
on the support for "traditional radioteleprinter bandwidths" (which
just happens to be a slightly less than 300 Hz for 45.45 baud/170 Hz
shift) in their own filing.
