Are the old versions from ten tec forever lost when you update? Can you reinstall say the first version that came with an orion 1 on an orion 2. This may seem a dumb question but I'm not computer savvy. Also I have read that the only version with acceptable audio transmit width for ssb with any fidelity is the original orion with the first firmware - true ? If all I can get with an orion 2 is firmware with severe rolloff at 200Hz - and nothing you can do about it - then I know I don't want an orion 2. 73 Steve wd0ct _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
