Good morning all -

I am a very new O2 owner so I may be missing an option that
will answer my want.

I am using version 2.044A and 2.10B110

My request is when using the band stacking, retain all the settings
including AGC, so that when you punch the 20 m keypad button to
go from 20 CW to 20 USB, the AGC changes appropriately. There
may be other settings that the Band Stacking doesn't retain that I
have missed.

The NB seems really effective (hardware) for pulse such as the
spikes caused be electric fence problems. Otherwise the NB seems
to add distortion to the receive audio, even at lower setting levels.

The Multi knob is very very sensitive making it a little hard to adjust.

I have a question for the group -

Is there a recommended starting point group of settings for AGC?
I think I have the settings working pretty well, and have read the
documentation over many times. So I think I understand how the
settings work. However, a good starting point would be helpful to the
newcomer (me - grin).....

Thanks and 73, Rod

I have two small items, shouldn't be difficult to fix.

1. In band stacking registers please preserve the full filter state.
Currently only BW is preserved, and PBT is not.
This makes it very inconvenient to switch from CW (normally PBT = 0 Hz)
to SSB (normally PBT=100..300 Hz), and vice versa.

2. Change AGC Threshold unit from uV to dBm and use 1 dB steps.
If changing units is inconvenient, please at least make some sense
of the step size, which is unbelievably messy now.
