    Do you mean for your use to extend your coverage or  rented space on 
your tower by a cell carrier? 
 
    If it's for your use, not much negative. Put it up  and use it.
 
    If it's a cell carrier renting space on your tower,  it's like free 
money. Be sure that the contract shows what sort of access is  provided for 
technicians. It should also state that any  resultant interference is the 
responsibility of the carrier. As the "last  man in", anything they emit should 
be taken care of by them. They typically have  good ground systems so that 
help.
