Sorry for the mixed terms.  By CIA, I mean a one-port (S11) Complex Impedance 
Analyzer -- also known as a Vector Impedance Analyzer.  So, if you own a 55 
Zoom, you have a CIA.  For others curious, the two-port device is a Vector 
Network Analyzer (VNA).
