You're right Jim! My ProgramData\WriteLog has all the new X_cty.dat files
and the X_cty.bin files that resulted from running the Convert CTY utility
when they were released. The only one that doesn't work that way is the
wl_cty.dat file. I remain clueless!

Your guess is as good as mine, Gary. I can't find the wl_cty.bin file
either. However, if I convert an alternate database (like the new
AS_cty.dat), the AS_cty.bin file is in the programdata\writelog
directory, exactly where it should be.
