I can verify with 100% certainty that my neighbor’s SE system does NOT generate
conducted emissions through the primary AC wiring at any significant level. I
actually used a current probe and a spectrum analyzer to check, as well as my
portable radio and loop antenna. ALL of the RFI is radiated from the panel
wiring.

The company was very responsive and completely rewired the array per their
current specs, and changed the panel optimizers to a newer version which use
spread spectrum comms. Unfortunately the final result was that instead of the 5
kHz wide peaks of crud every 200 kHz, my noise floor is raised about 6 dB
everywhere. Having my dipole 30 ft away is optimally bad too!

Thankfully I have a FB remote station and am able to abandon my ever-noisier
home station. Everyone should be so lucky…..
