[TowerTalk] Tower base insulator manufacturer wanted

Having searched the net for tower base insulators in vain, I turn to the
tower group and its eminent source of information.

I'm after contact number and company for tower base insulators.
I'm led to believe that RACAL DECCA makes these things. There are quite a
lot of RACAL companies around and I have been unable to locate the right
one.

Does anyone know where to get these insulators, could be from any company
that makes them. Not necessarily RACAL DECCA?
