What if ARRL were to have all full scores published in 
NCJ?  While it would certainly add to NCJ's production 
costs, it might increase subscribership somewhat.  
Post the summary results in QST and mention that line 
scores can be found in NCJ.

There are some folks out there who go to HRO solely 
for the purposes of purchasing 3 QSTs a year - the 
ones with the contest results in them.  Perhaps, if 
folks are not willing to support ARRL, they'll support 
NCJ via the publication of full contest results for 
all major ARRL tests.
