I see no reason why hunters, myself, or someone I permit
access to the rifle, should not be allowed to use the
rifle to hunt from any remote location in the world, so
long as the entire operation is performed over a remote
link and absolutely no rifles outside of the site are
used.

It is my plan to make this setup a showcase remote
operation, and to occasionally allow hunters who would
otherwise have no access to the Serengeti an opportunity
to experience hunting from Africa.

If you want to hunt in Africa - go hunting in Africa.
If you want to operate from the Caribbean, go to
the Caribbean - that what contesters and DXers do.
