They do not eliminate their callsign. They simply don't
send it, unnecessarily, an extra time in each and every
QSO.

Firstly, it's not cheating - unless you consider the
following to be cheating also.
Not giving your call after every QSO while running.
Omitting leading zeros in serials.
Giving your zone as 5 instead of 05.
Sending 5NN very fast.
Not caring what zone or report you log in CQWW.
Secondly, I didn't suggest they should not be DQ'd.
I suggested they would not be DQ'd. There is quite
a difference.
