Agreed. Many times I had callers Send QTC? and no QTC available for them.
In order to start the QTC, I need the callsign!
Example:
them: QTC?
me: Yes (I have some QTCs)
them: <callsign>
Me: NIL (not for you, specifically.)
Instead:
them: QTC <callsign>?
Me. NIL TEST W1VE
Doesn't seem like much but it added up over the course of the contest!
