I know only few stations do such.  And what I wrote is just to indicate
what was actually happened.

I don't mean to generalize the situation, and that's true from your stand
point of view.  But, for my situation it should have been less frustrating,
if the stations sent 'QTC' with callsign, since I'm somewhat impatient :-)
even with the situation you mentioned.  I may be immature in that sense.
