[WriteLog] Erratic Cw

Perhaps such a driver can be written and will work...but lacking that driver
the external keyer is a good (but somewhat expensive) solution.  The W5XD
does quite a bit beyond CW generation, although I have only used is for that
capability.

If you have such a driver, it would be fun to test it...but it would have to
work with XP which I have switched to.
