Ive worked with many broadcast consoles that never experienced those Pin 1
problems. Nor any of the towns CATV or school gear when I was on the
Technical and CATV Committees.
Carl KM1H The pin 1 problem generally is not a problem with the gear but with the external wiring 73 Peter -----Original Message----- From: Amps [mailto:amps-bounces@contesting.com] On Behalf Of Jim Thomson ## as far as the dreaded pin 1 problem on commercial audio gear when balanced inputs are used, I have yet tosee any gear with a pin 1 problem. It has to be really old gear to have apin 1 problem. Nobody would be stupidenough to build gear with pin 1 problems these days, the gear would be sentback asap. _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps ----- No virus found in this message.
