Can you please confirm you WPOP and client side setup. Antennas, cable
lengths etc, as you know the link is bi-directional as such both
directions need to be with in spec on TX and RX to operate properly.

Yes indeed, it's running Karlnet TC. What made me think that the
information can be trusted (after initially thinking otherwise) is that
in areas that I'd previously with the Orinoco radio had a link (not
necessarily a good one) I got nothing, in that (I think) the link from
the laptop back to the AP was down to nothing (even though the signal
from AP->laptop was quite good). The reason I think this,is that in the
areas where I had a link (but a receive S/N = 2 laptop->AP), the link
would keep dropping (probably when the signal would fade). I don't know
for sure, but it doesn't look just like a reporting error (as I had
hoped).
