Norm,

The reseller, if he doesn't send the email, needs to be copied on the email.
The reason is we get a purchase order from the reseller so our contract is
with the reseller and not the ISP.  I believe that communication is a good
thing.

Lets say the ISP didn't pay his bill to the reseller so the reseller refused
to let the ISP generate his keys that are on the website.  So the ISP comes
direct to Karlnet and we generate his keys for him.  I'd have very mad
Resellers calling up saying why are you going behind my back.  So that is
why I say reseller needs to be involved.
