Hi all,

Interesting to see how various folk have interpreted the new ruling from the
SCC committee, but everyone seems to have missed the obvious.

To me, it will be a problem for them as it will depend on the way RTTY is
sent!
How about USB as against LSB, FSK against AFSK, and then high tones against
low tones!
In those combinations, there are enough variants to make it next to
impossible to judge who was where.

I am not convinced it is to check for those using the cluster, as if you are
going to cheat, you will do it anyway.

Let's not get into the SO2R debate again! It has been done to death, and
there will never be agreement about whether it is right or wrong!
