This "NO CODE" ham certainly operates in the CW band. At the time I took my written Extra exam, and passed it with a 100% score BTW, the FCC also required a 20 wpm CW test element. Before I could get my code speed up to snuff to take that element of the exam the FCC modified the rules eliminating the CW requirement altogether. My written exam credit was still valid however so I applied for and was granted my Extra (NO CODE) license. Now, years latter, I happily work CW contests and chase DX at 30 -32 wpm. Go figure!

As has been pointed out to you on multiple occasions, John, the sub-bands in which unattended operation is permitted are not exclusively assigned to unattended operation. When it defined these sub-bands, the FCC made it clear that operators of unattended
stations must mitigate any interference caused by these stations.

Your continued attempts to blame the interference problem on attended stations who venture into frequencies exclusively allocated to
unattended stations is factually incorrect and intellectually dishonest.

Dont preach that same old stuff to me Dave.
Try it on those the wonder into the auto sub band then complain very load
about what happens. As has been pointed to you also a number of times.
Seem that the "intellectually dishonest" can be spread around a bit.
Thus the reason a "NO CODE" ham is not in the CW band.
